The service
GreenPoint is a platform that lets drivers find, book and start charging sessions at stations operated by third-party charging network operators, and find EV service centers. GreenPoint is not the operator of those stations.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for activity that happens under your account.
Bookings and charging
- A booking reserves a connector for a limited window; unused reservations may expire.
- Charging availability, speed and pricing are set by the operator of the station.
- GreenPoint is not liable for hardware faults, outages or damage caused by third-party equipment.
Payments
Prices are shown before a session starts. Payments are processed by licensed payment providers. Refunds for failed or interrupted sessions are handled case by case with the relevant operator.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, interfere with charging equipment, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
